Pretty Simple Gardens

I just love pretty gardens and I'd like to show you a simpler way to make your yard and garden look nice without a ton of work.  I'm an ecological gardener and I use "regenerative gardening" methods which are environmentally friendly, easier, and less expensive than what I had been doing in years past.  My gardening has definitely evolved over the years.

Native plants take center stage in my garden designs and new plantings.  A few non-natives are OK, but natives are so much easier to establish and are so beneficial to the environment.  I try to work with what currently exists in a garden and then add the personality of the homeowner.  Every day is so much fun creating, planting and maintaining.

Pretty gardens don't have to be complicated or time-consuming.  Lower maintenance gardening, no-til methods, and "time it right" pruning will improve your soil and plants.  I'll show you how.

 

I started with 1/3 of an acre in suburbia, big beds with a few bushes, and no experience.  Twenty years later my gardens look beautiful, things grow and it's easy to maintain, almost too easy.
